Finding a sick or injured community animal

Contact SPCA or AVS. SPCA hotline operates 24 hours at 6287 5355, extension 9 or AVS at 1800 476 1600, also operating 24 hours.

Observe from a safe distance. Note the exact location and condition of the animal. Avoid moving it unless it is in immediate danger or you have been advised to do so.

Suspects animal cruelty or abandonment

Report to AVS here or SPCA here 

Do record photographs or videos only when it is safe to do so. Do not confront the person if this could place you or the animal in danger. 

Helping with sterilising a community cat

Singapore’s community-cat programme uses the Trap-Neuter-Rehome/Release-Manage approach. Cats are trapped, sterilised, microchipped and ear-tipped before being rehomed or returned and managed in the community.
